I, Ahtisham Younas have been Ranked 6th Best Nursing Research Expert/Scientist in the World, 3rd in Asia, and 1st in Canada among 157,631 published Nurse Researchers worldwide, based on last 10 years publication data from PubMed. Couldn't have done it without many co-authors Shahzad Inayat, Angela Durante, Hussan Zeb, Sergi Fàbregues, Sobia Rashid, Amara Javed, Gideon Victor, Ijaz Arif, Parveen Ali and Angela Cuoco.

Experts cape team performs a search on the National Institutes of Health’s PubMed.gov database to identify all the published peer reviewed articles about a subject, then assigns a score to each article, based on the article's publication year, article's type, and the journal in which the article appeared. Journal with high impact factor are given higher ranking than lower ranked journals. Each author of the article gets a score, with first author scored higher than second author. Based on this criteria, they then objectively rank scientists across fields.

To be considered an Experts cape Expert, the scientists needs to be ranked among the top 1% worldwide in research and publications in a specific topic, and to be recognized as an Experts cape World Expert requires the top 0.1% worldwide.

To promote nursing research in all realms of nursing (education, management, practice, and policymaking) through global collaboration of nurse researchers and to build capacities of nurses to conduct rigorous research.

Our Vision

To foster nurses’ capacities to conduct individual and collaborative research across a range of nursing and health sciences disciplines in order to promote the image of nurses as an academic and research-based discipline.

Aims & Objects

The objectives of the PNRS are as follows:

• Develop nurse scholars who can generate nursing knowledge of international standards.

• Promote collaboration amongst nurse researchers at the national and international levels.

• Assist nurse researchers to generate, synthesize, and translate nursing research into practice, education, and policy-making.

• Provide nurses with the opportunities to learn basic to advanced research concepts and enhance and update their research knowledge and practice.

• Conduct an array of activities (e.g., workshops, one-to-one consultations, journal clubs, and webinars) to foster nursing research and educational practices of nurses.

• To launch an international peer reviewed nursing journal to advance the science of nursing research, practice, and education.
